Printing is sharp but page 4 shows a large thumb-size area of image drop-out. (printing error). Heavily rounded corners. Cover repaired around staple with filmoplast paper repair tissue.

Staple has been replaced but the original has left some corrosion stains. 1st page shows moisture rumpling, some smudged printing and tanning. Rest of booklet sharp.
